1955-79 Chevrolet; Oil Pan; 4 Quart; Small Block; Driver Side Dipstick Location; Un-Plated

Replacing your original oil pan with a reproduction can enhance the appearance as well as add a high performance look! This pan is designed to fit as original, has a 4 quart capacity (add 1 quart when changing filter) and includes a drain plug. Fits 1958-1979 Chevy 283-305-327-350-400 engines. Will fit 1955-57 with Chevy 283-305-327-350-400 engines. The oil pan is notched on the front sump for clearance of the crossmember. Has a two-piece rear main seal and the dipstick is on driver side.

Note: Will not fit 1962-67 Chevy II Novas with steering behind the crossmember, V8 Vega/Monza, 302 High Performance engines, and some Corvettes. Will not fit a 265 engine because the oil bypass is in a different location. Dipstick and oil pump pickup is not included and is sold separately.
