This reproduction padded dash was originally installed on 1978-81 Firebird and Trans Am models. Each dash pad features ABS injection molded skeleton with vinyl over foam construction in the correct grain material. Every detail is painstakingly recreated to ensure originality in fit and authenticity in appearance for your 1978-81 model. Installs as original and mounts to the dash panel using existing hardware. Important: This reproduction dash pad (coming soon) is produced with the 1978-81 style radio opening that allows for factory style in-dash audio units that required a 2-1/2" tall opening, including factory AM/FM Stereos with integral 8-track tape deck. When using the factory original 1978-81 style radio, faceplate bezel part number # F117881 is available separately to complete your restoration.
