Overnight Delivery:

OER^® offers overnight service within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Rates depend on items ordered (weight, dimensions, etc), however, this is only an estimate. Actual shipping costs may vary because some items are charged at dimensional weight instead of actual weight. Actual freight costs are determined once the order is packed and ready for shipment. Simply call in your order before 12:00 p.m. PST, Mon. thru Fri. during regular business hours and your order will arrive on the next working day, excluding holidays and weekends (pending availability). A $9.95 rush fee will also be assessed in addition to all Air Freight charges.

Important: Air service does not guarantee that your order will arrive on the expected date of delivery. Under normal circumstances, air service is guaranteed. However, due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays. OER^® is not responsible for delayed deliveries.

2 Day Delivery:

3 Day Delivery:

Simply call in your order before 12:00 p.m. PST, Mon. thru Fri. during regular business hours and your order will arrive on the 3rd working day, excluding holidays and weekends (pending availability). A $9.95 rush fee will also be assessed in addition to all Air Freight charges. Expedited or Air delivery of any kind is exempt from any and all Free Shipping promotions.

Non-Contiguous US:

All Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, etc. orders are shipped via 2 day air delivery whenever possible. All orders must be pre-paid with credit card, money order, or check. No COD orders are accepted. Rates depend on the items being ordered; contact our sales department for exact rates. Free Freight policy does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, etc.. OER^® reserves the right to ship via carrier of our choice.

COD Orders:

COD orders are gladly accepted on all normal ground shipments, excluding truck freight orders. COD orders will require a Money Order or Cashiers Check upon delivery of your order. Personal checks, cash and business checks are not accepted. COD orders are not accepted through the mail. COD orders must be placed by phone during regular business hours. The appropriate shipping fees will be added. COD orders are exempt from discounts and free shipping policy. The dealer will pay all appropriate fees in accordance with current policies and freight rates. A fee of $10.00 per box will be added to all COD orders. Oversize and/or overweight boxes will be charged in accordance with the UPS or FedEx dimensional rate chart. OER^® reserves the right to change shipping rates in accordance with rate increases by freight companies. COD orders are limited to $999.00. If the COD order should be returned to OER^® for non acceptance/non payment, the dealer will be responsible to reimburse OER^® for any and all freight charges related to the order. In addition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the returned products. All outstanding charges must be paid before any additional orders will be accepted.

Foreign Order Shipping Policy:

All foreign orders must be pre-paid before export shipments can be sent. Due to shipping rate differences and depending on what items are being ordered, your freight fees will vary. It is important that you contact OER^® sales department for instructions regarding all foreign orders. Please list the items you intend to order so we may calculate the best, most efficient, and least expensive method to ship your order. A $15.95 foreign processing fee will be added to all foreign orders. Customs duties and import fees to your country will vary and are the sole responsibility of the dealer. Check with your local customs office for more information.

Insurance Policy:

Each order is charged an insurance fee of $3.95. This fee will insure the entire order and protect you completely from damages or loss.

Truck Freight:

OER^® reserves the right to ship via carrier of our choice. Products that require truck freight are usually indicated by an icon. This indicates that the product is too large for ground delivery and must be shipped by motor freight. There may be items listed in the catalog or on the website that are not indicated as truck freight. These items must be pre-paid, including freight charges, before the shipment can be sent. OER^® requires a minimum $125.00 fee for all California orders and minimum $175.00 fee for all out of state truck shipments.

Truck freight rates could be higher depending on products being ordered and the destination. Residential deliveries require an additional $40.00 fee. Should the dealer's delivery require special handling (lift gate service, re-routing, additional freight charges, etc.), any and all additional fees will be billed to the dealer's credit card. Acceptance of truck freight shipment is acknowledgment that additional charges will be incurred. Please include a commercial business address whenever possible.
