OER® Returned Merchandise Policy

All returns must be authorized in advance. Returned products must be in resalable condition. OER® will not accept returns on modified or installed parts, literature and/or printed material, electrical items, stencil kits and special order items.

Merchandise is non-returnable after 30 days from date of invoice. Literature, CD’s, video, printed materials, stencil kits, stripe kits, electrical parts, gauges, wiring harnesses, switches, and other various products are non-returnable. There is no guarantee on moving parts such as engines, transmissions, rear ends, steering gears, water pumps, distributors, wiper motors, etc. OER® always recommends professional installation on all products.

1) Call OER® Toll Free For a Return Authorization Number

Contact our Sales and Service Department during regular business hours for a return authorization number. Call toll free 800-955-1511. One of our courteous representatives will help you with any questions you may have concerning the items you wish to return. Our business hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday Pacific Standard time, we are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

2) Repackage The Products Carefully

We highly recommend using the original box to return your merchandise. However, if the original box is unavailable, use a strong corrugated box to avoid possible freight damage. Add additional packing material to secure the item from movement inside the box. Include a copy of your invoice and tape the box closed. Any item that is not in the original packaging, or not in resaleable condition is deemed non returnable and will be returned at the dealers expense.

3) Write The Return Authorization Number On The Outside Of The Box

This will enable us to expedite the return process for you. Return the goods to the address listed below.

4) Select A Carrier Of Your Choice

Insure the package for the total value of product(s).

5) Return Shipping Fees

Upon inspection of the return, you may be eligible for a reimbursement of your shipping costs if the merchandise is found to be defective, or was sent incorrectly. Should you choose to use an outside mailing service, be advised that their fees are over and above standard ground freight fees. The distributor will only be reimbursed for OER® discounted ground rate based on the weight of the product. If a receipt is not included, OER® will calculate the freight fee based upon current ground rates.

Important: OER® is not responsible for damaged or lost packages returned by the distributor. The distributor is responsible to file a claim with the chosen carrier for any damaged or lost merchandise received by OER®.

Product Guarantee

There is no guarantee on moving parts such as engines, transmissions, rear ends, steering gears, water pumps, distributors, wiper motors, etc. If any product is modified, altered, painted, installed or disassembled in any way without the expressed written permission of OER®, the item is non-returnable OER® always recommends professional installation on all products.

Labor Fees

OER® is not responsible or liable for labor fees associated with the installation, removal, modification, painting, or repair of any product purchased regardless of the circumstances. OER® is not responsible for any damage or discoloration incurred in relation to chemical products being used including cleaners, waxes, polishes, paints, etc.
